The POA would like to welcome you to the community website for Indian Hill No. 2 community located on Lake Livingston. Here you can find relevant property owner information such as documents, maps, meetings and POA board.

Also be sure to request to join the POA Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/indianhill2 which is restricted to property owners. You'll need to answer a few questions before your request to join is approved.

There is currently one open position on the Board for Treasurer. If you are a current property owner and would like to join the Board please email send and email to president@indianhill2.org. A background in accounting and familiarity with QuickBooks would be a huge plus.

Note from the POA President: Our greatest need, is finding those who will serve on the POA board. It isn’t an onerous duty, but it does require the commitment of property owners who will offer their opinions and help guide the POA to effective management on behalf of our community. TO THAT END, PLEASE CONSIDER STEPPING UP AND VOLUNTEERING TO JOIN YOUR NEIGHBORS IN SERVING ON THE INDIAN HILL 2 BOARD OF DIRECTORS. For anyone with a penchant for bookkeeping, we actively need someone to take on the Treasurer role so that position is filled. I promise, it only takes a few hours per month, once you learn the web-based system.
